Current Openings: Machinist, Grade A
We are currently seeking highly skilled Grade A Machinists to join our team. This role requires expertise across multiple machining disciplines and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Key Qualifications:
Experience setting up and operating mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, and wire EDM.
Ability to read prints and program CNC mills and lathes using G-Code, macros, and controls including Fanuc, Siemens, and Haas.
Strong understanding of tolerances, metallurgy, heat treat, geometry, trigonometry, and machining mathematics.
Experience with design, development, and manufacturing of dies, fixtures, and custom special machines.
Skilled in machining a wide variety of materials including aluminum, steels, stainless steels, titanium, Inconel, copper, and brass.
Effective time management and communication skills.
Ability to estimate, plan processes, and work independently.
Comfortable with computers and multiple software applications in a Windows-based environment.
